Christos Paloubis, born in 1970, studied law in Munich and Rome. He completed his legal training in Munich and New York. He has been admitted to the German bar since 2000.
Even during his studies, his focus was on the then-new medium of the Internet and the associated legal issues, such as Internet law, copyright law, and the extremely important topic of data protection.
He also works as an attorney, is a lecturer at SDI Munich (www.sdi-muenchen.de) for Internet law, and runs the blog Internetrecht München (www.internetrecht-muenchen.com).
He speaks Greek, English, French, and Italian.
Felix Gebhard, born in 1982, studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and the University of León in Spain. He completed his legal training in Munich and Washington, D.C. He has been admitted to the German bar since 2013.
His studies focused on competition law, intellectual property, and media law. During his legal clerkship, he dealt with issues of internet law and industrial property rights. He also gained insights into US law.
He has been a certified Data Protection Officer (DSB-TÜV SÜD) since October 2017.
He regularly teaches and lectures on the subject of data protection. As part of his work as a data protection officer, he also holds training courses to teach every single employee in the company how to handle personal data in a way that is easy to understand. These training courses help to convey the often rather “dry” content in a practical and lively way to everyone in the company.
